2. Services Offered
- Paid Mentorship Calls (on-demand advice, strategy, and clarity sessions)
- Free 1-on-1 Coaching Consultations (focused fitness discussions and program exploration)
- Memberships, eBooks, and digital resources
- Email follow-ups and ongoing support
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking calls or filling out questionnaires
- Attend scheduled calls on time, in a quiet and safe environment
- Avoid recording, redistributing, or sharing any coaching materials without written consent
- Use purchased content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
Call Etiquette:
- Calls will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- For paid mentorship calls, you may reschedule once for free. Subsequent rescheduling will incur additional charges.
- No refunds for missed or canceled calls beyond allowed rescheduling.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other third-party providers.
- All paid services, including mentorship calls, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change, and promotions are subject to availability.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, coaching materials, eBooks, and digital resources are owned by Modi Seck, also known as Coach Moe. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use of our services
- Your failure to follow advice or instructions provided
- Technical interruptions, delays, or unauthorized access
7. Indemnification
